What we collect

On this website we collect only the email address you choose to leave in the early access form, together with standard technical information your browser sends when it requests a page (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request), which is used for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to contact you about the AllNow launch, including a first look at the product and an invitation to the first cohort if it fits. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Marketing and the Spam Act

Any email we send you will identify AllNow as the sender and include a working unsubscribe method, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@allnow.com.au.

Storage and disclosure

Your email address is delivered to our team by email and may be stored with the service providers we use to host this site and send mail. Those providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information securely and only on our instructions. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@allnow.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
